Passwords
Go to the Password screen and type one of the following codes:

ITSINTHEGAME -  All golfers 
EYECANDY - All courses 
CLUBS11 -  All Clubs 
GOLFISFUN - Golden EA sports

Turn on all equipment modifiers early
Go to the Equipment Modifiers screen.
Take the equipment bonuses off of equipment which you don't have but unlocked already
Place them onto equipment you do have. 
You will get 10% bonuses to all stats early on.
