Finish any regional scenario. 

1600 Battle of Sekigahara scenario: 
Finish the 1582 Honnouji scenario. 

1582 The Honnouji Incident scenario: 
Finish the Clear the 1560 Kawanakajima scenario. 

Empire mode options:
Complete the following tasks to unlock new options in Empire mode. 

Unlock Officer Death options: Unlock 50 weapons 
Unlock Change Fief Owner And Default Officers option: Finish Empire mode. 
Unlock Adjust Time Limit option: Finish Empire mode.
Unlock Adjust Officer Limit option: Unlock 50 Policy Cards
Unlock Adjust Annex options: Recruit 100 officers

Get your character 4th weapons:
Get the weapon that your character uses to level 4, then finish a battle 
with 500 K.O.s. You will get 4th weapon after that battle. 

Unlock all images and scenes:
