Unlocked by destroying a sandbag emplacement with a bazooka team.

Unlocked by ordering your squad to fall-in, move and attack.

Unlocked by ordering your squad to Assault the enemy 5 times.
Anti-Tank (10 gamerscore points):
Unlocked by destroying an enemy tank.
Unlock authentic mode:
Finish Campaign mode under the Casual or Veteran difficulty level.
In authentic mode the HUD is limited. You can earn medal
each time a level is completed in this mode.
