Enter the following cheat codes bellow at the cheat screen:
You will hear a sound after you typed the codes.

O2-Liveried: Enter UCANDO to the cheat menu
Unlock tracks: Enter WIBBLE to the cheat menu
Unlock racing levels: Enter FREEPLAY to the cheat menu
Programmer messages after ending credits: 
Enter MUNCHKIN, EDDROOLZ, or EDDIEPOO  to the cheat menu

Unlock Templar:
Win all races in season mode and complette all objectives to unlock Templar.
