Unlock all multi-player characters and Tesshu in story and co-op modes:

Unlock all story mode missions
Go to the stage selection screen, push White, White, L, R, Right, X,
click Left thumb-stick, click Right thumb-stick on your Xbox controller.
Unlock all mission layouts

Unlock all items
At the item selection screen, hold L + R and push Up, Down, Up, Down,

Increase items

Unlimited item capacity in 6 slot:

Finish the game with all 3 characters.
Unlock B-side dialogue option in the Options/Audio/Language menu:
Finish all Rikmaru and Ayame's stages and reach an "Expert Ninja" rank
and complete the Tesshu's missions and reach a "Professional" rank.
Ninja Dog multi-player character:
Reach a "Grand Master" rank in all of Ayame's missions.
Semimaru multi-player character:
Reach a "Grand Master" rank in all of Rikimaru's missions.
