All Weapons And Missions
Go to the main menu, then push L, Black, White, R, R, White, Black, L 
buttons on your controller to get access to all weapons and select 
any mission.

Unlimited Ammunition
Hit Start to pause game play, then push R, L, Black, Black, White, R, L, 
Black, White buttons on your controller to get infinite ammunition.
Re-enter the cheat code to disable the cheat effect.

Toggle invincibility
Hit Start to pause game play, then push L, L, L, Black, L, R, R, L, Black 
buttons on your controller to enable the god mode.
Re-enter the cheat code to disable the cheat effect.

Turn car into three-wheeled vehicle: 
Hit Up, Y during game play.
