After you completed a mission and you get a medal, you also will get 
a skeleton key. This key opens a box which contains a new costumes 
for multiplayer mode. Note: There is only one box per mission.
There is no box on Pearl Harbor mission.

Enter these on the passcode screen:

TUSKFISH - Unlock All Missions 
BANNER - Invincibility mode
WRASSE - "Bullet Shield"  - bullets will not damage you.
JAWFISH - Unlimitied Ammunition 
BATFISH - Silver Bullet Mode allows enemies to be killed with one shot
CARDINAL - "Achilles Head Mode" Only the headshot kill Japanese
BOXFISH - All Replay Items 
PARROT - Invisible Soldiers mode
DOTTYBACK - Men With Hats 
BETTA - Rubber Grenades mode

Defeat 10 enemies at checkpoint and disable dock

Help crewmen shut hatch and rescue them (use fire extinguisher)

Fall of the Phillipines
Find the image of Japanese general and the gold buddha.

Midnight Raid on Guadacanal
Find 5 pieces of intel and Destroy generator

Pearl Harbor
Destroy 20 planes. Destroy 75 planes.

Pistol Pete Showdown
Take over howitzer and rescue Lieutenant Harrison

Search of Yamashita's Gold
Break radio equipment and destroy 5 sake water barrels

Singapore Sling
Find 3 pieces of intel and save 3 POWs

Super Carrier Sabotage
Find 3 pieces of intel and send false radio signal
