Unlock Old Movie cheat:
Finish the game once in easy mode or normal

Unlock levels, bonuses, old movie, infinite ammo, and super squad:
Starting a new file enter the profile name: "BAKERSDOZEN"
or "2ndsquad".

Unlock Old Movie cheat:
Finish the game once in easy mode to play in black and white mode.

Unlock Infinite Ammo cheat:
Finish the game once in normal mode to get unlimited ammunition.

Unlock Super Squad cheat:
Finish the game once in authentic mode.

Unlock Authentic difficulty setting:
Finish the game once in difficult mode to unlock the harder mode.
