Unlock Uranus as playable character:
Play in Survival Mode and beat Uranus in round #16.

Unlock Fang bonus character:
Finish the arcade mode with all characters including Uranus and Kohryu. 
After completed the arcade mode enter to the character selection 
screen in arcade mode. Go to Random and keep selecting Characters 
until you get him.
