Begin a new game and enter the following case-sensitive code as

Invincibility: 
Begin a new game and enter the following case-sensitive code as 
your player name: B4K42.

Get All Bonuses: 
Begin a new game and enter the following case-sensitive code as 
your player name: 105770Y2.

Multiple codes variation:
Start a new game and type at least two code together to 
activate common effect. Example, enter !EVAH!B4K42 as player name.
