Score at least 10 points in Trap Challenge mode, then go to 
the "Gallery" menu to access to it. 

Unlock Crazy Circuit mode: Crazy difficulty:
Win all Crazy Circuit mode rallies. 

Unlock Dick Dastardly and Muttley's bio:
Win all Crazy Circuit mode rallies on the Crazy difficulty level, then 
go to the "Gallery" option to acces to them.
