you select House Of The Dead 2 again at the main menu.

Unlock Very Easy and Very Hard difficulty, 5 lives, 9 continues:
Complete House Of The Dead 3.

Unlock Extreme mode (single player):
Complete House Of The Dead 2 and House Of The Dead 3. 

Free Play mode (unlimited credits option):
Complete the first two chapters of House Of The Dead 3 on Extreme difficulty.
