When you reach to the final battle lose to Lloyd and Marta, then

Good ending: 
When you reach to the final battle lose to Lloyd and Marta, then defeat 
Ratatosk. If you earned enough good choices during game play 
you will see the good ending.

Bad ending: 
When you reach to the final battle defeat Marta first, then Lloyd 
to view bad ending.
