Press Up two times, Down, Up, Plus at the Snake Boxer 5 title screen.

Unlock hidden shirt:
Go to the photo booth, aim the Wiimote at the top of the light closest 
to "The Cheat", then press A. The pointer will change its shape.
To wear it, hold A and drag the shirt onto Strong Bad.
