Input 667300 as a code - Show Opening Theme

Input 986960 as a code - Invincible to bullets, rockets, tanks etc.
If the code is accepted, you will hear a sound. The cheats will not be
saved with your game.
Unlock Bubba:
Unlock the other 29 monsters.
Unlock Eyegore:
Finish the game and get the "All Challenges Met" award for all cities.
Unlock Philbert:
Finish the game and get the "Par Scores Met" award for all cities.
Funny noises:
Press any button while game is loading.
Other hidden monsters:
The following monsters are hidden in a block in a city. Use the indicated
monster to destroy blocks in the city until the indicated extra
monster is unlocked.
Wally: New York, play as Marco.
Venus: Hong Kong, play as Croc.
Shelby: San Francisco, play as Lizzie.
Rojo: Chicago, play as Kyle.
Rocky: New York, play as Cal.
Nick: Chicago, play as Harry.
Natalie: San Francisco, play as Marco.
Marco: San Francisco, play as Ralph.
Leon: Vegas, play as any starting monster.
Kyle: London, play as Kingston.
Kingston: Vegas, play as Lizzie.
Joe: New York, play as Natalie.
Jill: Hong Kong, play as Amanda.

Destroy buildings easily:
Pick up a gasoline truck and throw it at a building.
Auto monster unlocking:
Allow the game to begin demo mode and have it auto-play. Any monsters
unlocked by the CPU during demo mode will remain unlocked for your game.
