Swordsman outfit:

Detective outfit
While playing the game press Minus to bring up the pause screen, then press 
Left, Right, Left, Right, Left, Right. 

Get personal island:
Complete all tasks in the game, then go to Capital Island and watch the 
credits to get a special island named after your character.
