Cheat codes:

View Major League players:
Go to the Created Players menu, then press Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, 
Right, Left, Right, 1, 2.

Alvin Lockhart's batting stance and pitching form
While you are at the main menu, press Right, Left, Up, Down, Down, Right, Right, 
Up, Up, Left, Down, Left. If you entered the code correctly, you should hear 
a confirmation sound. Then go to the shop, to get Alvin's batting stance and 
pitching form.
