Continue Game:
Press II + Run as Bravoman is dying.

Unlock Bravo Kombat
When you are at the title screen, keep tapping II, Select to unlock Bravo Kombat.

Infinite Continues:
Accumulate 10,000 points. Lose and wait for the title screen to bring up, 
then press Up, Right, Down, Left, II, Select, II, Select to get infinite 
continues.
