Nintey Nine cheat option (add 99 lives):
Unlocked by completing the 2nd campaign on the Pilot difficulty. 
You can't unlock other cheats once you activated this cheat.

Torus Trooper cheat option:
Unlocked by completing the 3rd campaign on the Pilot difficulty.

Gunroar cheat option:
Unlocked by completing the 4th campaign on the Pilot difficulty.

Wireframe cheat option (wireframed gfx):
Unlocked by completing the 1st campaign in Arcade mode on the Pilot difficulty. 

Blueprint cheat option (blue and white gfx):
Unlocked by completing the 1st campaign in Arcade mode on the Pilot difficulty. 

Black And White cheat option:
Unlocked by completing the 2nd campaign in Arcade mode on the Pilot difficulty.

Virtual cheat option (red shaded gfx):
Unlocked by completing the 3rd campaign in Arcade mode on the Pilot difficulty. 

Choose Ship cheat option:
Unlocked by completing the 4th campaign in Arcade mode on the Pilot difficulty. 
Use this cheat to select a player-created ship in Campaign mode.

Extra Bullet Sounds cheat option (lot of bullet sounds in editor):
Unlocked by completing the 5th campaign in Arcade mode on the Pilot difficulty. 

Hyper Speed cheat option:
Unlocked by completing the 1st campaign in Arcade mode on the Ace difficulty.

Flip cheat option:
Unlocked by completing the 2nd campaign in Arcade mode on the Ace difficulty. 
Hold Z to flip your ship.

Extra skin settings option:
Unlocked by completing all 5 campaigns on the Rookie or higher difficulty.

Extra hit settings option:
Unlocked by completing all 5 campaigns on the Rookie or higher difficulty.

Original Tumiki Fighters game option:
Unlocked by completing all 5 campaigns on the Rookie or higher difficulty.

Tumiki Folder option (objects from Tumiki for Edit mode):
