Create Perfect Team
Go to the Edit Team options and select your team. After, go to Edit Player menu.
Choose a player, after select Replace Player tab. Find 50's Madrid and
choose De Stefeno. Repeat as many times you want. You can change his name also.

Press L2, L1, L1, L2, L2, L2 at the main menu.
