Go to the map screen and enter the following button cheats:
The sound will confirm, if the enetered codes are accepted.
Master cheat - unlock all bonuses: Press Up, Right, Down, Left, Up, X.
Unlock every upgrades: Press Up, Left, Down, Left, Up, X.
Weapon upgrades: Press Right, Left, Right, Left, X.
Boost: At the map screen, hold Up and press X, X, X.
Reveal Nick's coordinates: Press X, Circle, Square, Triangle.
Unlock Impound garage cars: Press Up, Right, Down, Left, Up, X.
Unknow: Press Right, Down, Left, Up, X.
Greater traffic: Press Down, Down, Down, X.
Lesser traffic: Press Up, Up, Up, X.
Unlock every unarmed upgrades: Press Up, Down, Up, Down, X.
Note: If the code is enable, you cannot access to the training mission.
Get all driving upgrades: Press Left, Right, Left, Right, X.
Note: If the code is enable, you cannot access to the training mission.
Reveal secret dog bones on map:
Enter "WHUPASS" as a license plate.
Note: Hold L1 + R1 while typing the letters and selecting "OK".
Change Nick's Appearance
When naming your game file put in the following names as licence plate.
Hold L1 and R1 when you enter and confirm the name.

Play as Snoop Dogg:
Collect 30 bones during game play. The bones are marked in yellow on the map.
Play as Snoop Dog:
Press R1, L1, Up, Right, Left, Down, L3, R3, X, Square, Circle, Triangle at the map
screen. A sound will confirm correct code entry. Promptly save the game before
exiting to the main menu. Then, jump to the mission selection screen.
You will see a mission with Snoop's head at the top. Pick any of them to
play with Snoop.
Unlock Bonus movie:
Finish the game with all 3 endings.
