Finish the game as Copain and Ciel with the top money rank
After, finish the game with Rival.

Unlock Rival as playable character:
Finish the game as Ciel without losing to Rival

Unlock Survival mode option:
Finish the game as Copain with the top money rank 

Unlock Time Attack option:
Finish the game as Ciel as the top money rank

Camera option:
Finish the game with an "SS" rank

Unlock Scene Select option:
Finish the game with all 4 characters
