Change costumes:
Go to the fighter selection screen, then highlight a character and 
push Triangle, X, Circle or Square to select another outfits.

Unlock Poppy as playable:
Go to the fighter selection screen, then highlight Galford in story or 
VS mode, then hold Start while selecting him to play as Galford's Dog.
