Playstation 2 - Rogue Trooper cheats

Enter the following button combinations in the "Extra" menu:

Extreme ragdoll - Up, Up, Up, R2, R2, Up
Hippy blood - L2, Right, Circle, Down, R1, Select
Unlimited health - Left, Right, Up, Down, L3, Square
Unlimited supplies - Select, R1, L1, Select, R3, L1
Low gravity ragdoll - Square, Square, Square, Circle, Circle, Circle, Up, Down

Select any stage:
Finish a level to unlock in the "Cheats" option.

Unlock weapons and upgrades
Finish the entire game once. Go the "Level select" cheat and begin on the 
1st stage. You should keep all the weapons from the previous game.

Finish the game once after begin a new game.
The next cheat options activated:
- Extreme ragdoll 
- Hippy Blood 
- Low gravity ragdoll  

Unlock Massacre Difficulty:
Win the game once on any difficulty mode
