Franchise mode:
Go to "Game Modes", after "Franchise", then choose "Business".
Select "Stadium" to to create your own seats, ticket price etc.
Go to "Business" menu, select "Marketing" after "Promotions".
You can make ball nights, bat nights, bobble heads and
television settings in "TV".
Fastest player in carreer mode:
Create a player and make him 6'10". Make your created player
minimum 250 muscle tone setting.
Buy old timers in profile mode:
Go to season mode and enter to the playing schedule. You will see a list.
Select "Simulate Season". After done, you will have enough points to
purchase old timers.
By creating a profile and then saving it and then loading it back up. You can
go to any mode except homerun derby, exhibition mode, and quick game.
And play the other modes and get points for stats and acomplishments.
After that save from the mode that you are on and your profile will save
with you. Then you can alock things.
