Money Cheat
Create a car club with the name "GetLowNOW".

Unlock All Cars
Enter your name as "Goldpack".

Unlock unlimited option:
Finish the game on Golden Days. Watch the credits after save. 
Go back to main menu, after select Arcade Kings.

Unlock extra cars:
Finish the game on Golden Days. Watch the credits after save. 
After, start a new game on Golden Days.
You should have the 1959, 1961, 1963, 1964 Impala.
