Type the following codes as a name in championship mode 
after go back to the main menu:

Unlock all tracks: Type SPEEDY
Unlock every cars: Type ACO
Unlock all championships: Type NUMBAT
Unlock Le Mans mode: Type WOMBAT
Unlock View credits: Type HEINEY
