Unlock all characters and levels

The name is case-sensitive.

Unlock all movies
Hold L1 and press Circle, Square, Triangle, Circle, Square at any menu screen

Single-hit kills
Hold L1 and press Circle, Triangle, Circle, Triangle, X  at any menu screen

Enemies had a giant head
