Unlock students
Go to the the character selection screen.
Hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 and choose a character.

Unlock every secret characters in versus and tournament mode:
Beat all Dojos in single player mode. Every silhouettes will be 
replaced by the faces of the Dojo Masters.

How to confuse opponent
During gameplay in versus mode, press X + Circle many times.
