gimmegimme - Unlock all cars 
sam - Unlock flying car

Unlock Mustang:
If playing the stock car level and when you driving past a certain speed 
limit, new car will be unlock. The sound will confirm when the new 
car unlocked.

One car unlocks all of them:
Press start then press up,down,up,left,right
