Unlock the Battle Mode, Ghost List, Sound Test and Special Function options 
+ alternate clothes:
Finish the game once

Unlock Nightmare mode
Finish the game in battle mode

Unlock different endings and "Chapter" selection option:
Finish the game in nightmare mode.

Ghost screen saver
Pause the game for a few minutes to see the screensaver.

Unlock Camera zero ability 
Finish the game once to unlock ghost list. Play again with the game 
and complete the entire ghost list. This means 108 ghosts. After you 
will get the upgrade ZERO for your camera.
