Press Start + Select during game play. 

Increase morale:

Place in to same same Wu unit:
Sun Ce, Sun Shang Xiang, Sun Quan
Their moral will increase by 10.

Place in to same same Wei unit:
Xiahou Dun, Xiahou Yuan, Cao Ren, Cao Hong
Their moral will increase by 10.

Place in to same same Shu unit:
Guan Yu, Zhang Fei, Ma Chao, Zhao Yun, Huang Zhong 
Their moral will increase by 10.
