Fight as Shin Akuma: Beat Shin Akuma in arcade mode.
Fight as Pyron: Beat Pyron in arcade mode. 
Fight as Shin Gouki: Beat Shin Gouki in arcade mode.

Change victory pose:
Press a Kick or Punch button after win

Fight against Shin Akuma:
Finish the game once with every character. Defeat Pyron at last.

Fight against Ingrid:
Win each round of your 1st 3 matches and reach minimum one perfect finish.

Progressive scan mode video:
Hold Triangle + X when the starts loading. 

Classic character sound themes in the "Sounds" option:
Finish the game once.
