Invincible NPC's:
While paused the gameplay, hold L1 and press Square, Circle, Triangle, 
X, Square, Circle, Triangle, X. 

Unlimited health:
While paused the gameplay, hold L1 and press Triangle, Square, Triangle, 
Square, Triangle, Circle, Triangle, Circle  

Unlimited ammo:
While paused the gameplay, hold L1 and press Left, Circle, 
Right, Square, Up, Triangle, Down, X.  

Unlimited rage:
While paused the gameplay after hold L1 and press Left, Down, Left, 
Down, Right, Up, Right, Up.  

Unlock all weapons:
Hold L1 and press Square, Circle, Down, Left, Circle, Circle, Triangle
in the main menu.

Stage selection:

in the main menu.
