Finish the story mode once, then when selecting a track, push L1 to access 
to the new track.

Resident Evil characters
Press Triangle, Triangle, X, X, Square, Circle, Square, Circle at the title 
screen. A sound will comfirm the correct code entry. After that, enter to 
free mode and push L2 or R2 at the character selection screen.
You can select Leon, Claire and a zombie.
