Stage select
Enter Right, Left, Circle, Triangle, Triangle at the options screen
to get access to all stages. Note: You will still need to collect 
the Pizza Planet Tokens.

Green Laser Locations:
Andy's House: In the garage on top of the van.
Alleys & Gullies: Turn right at the first Airplane Box.
Andy's Neighborhood: By the broken car.
