Stage select
Press Triangle, Up, Right, Down, Left, Triangle, Left, Down, Right, Up, 
Triangle at the title screen, then go back to the main menu. Choose the 
"Cool" selection and activate the "Open Levels".
Go back to the main menu and choose the "Start" selection. Choose the 
"Continue Game" option and push the X button at the password screen to 
bring up a level selection menu.

Watch the movie:
At the level selection screen, activate the "Stage select" code. 
Then, hold Square + Start.
