Easy mode
Wait until the demo sequences has finished. After that, push 
Select, Circle, X, Triangle, Square buttons. If the code is 
accepted, the color of the title screen will change to red.
Now, you can access to easy mode.

Extra board and character:
Finish all courses and reach first rank in "Best Time" and 
"Action Point".
