Get 1 million dollars
Enter "Dai" as a name to receive 1 million dollars.

Unlock Supatazen car
Choose the arcade mode, then select car type N33 or mines. 
Now hit the Select button to access the W-Wagon.

Unlock W-Wagon car
Choose the arcade mode, then select car type N33 or mines. 
Now hit the Start button to access the W-Wagon.
