Stage select
Complete the game and reach a high score, then enter the following 
names at the high score screen: "TWIRLY!" or "TWIRLY " (with space)

Push Start to go back to the main menu. You will find a gold icon 
in the middle of the screen. Use the icon to get access to the
stage selection option.
