Go to the map selection screen, then hold L1 + L2 + Square, 
then press X.

Xenon Unit single only:
Go to the map selection screen, then hold L1 + L2 + Circle,

2x attack power single only:
Finish all 64 normal and secret stages, then go to the map 
selection screen and hold R1 and press X.

Unlock Single Scenario mode:

mode option at the main menu.
