Unlock all-Star team in exhibition mode:
Go to the title screen and highlight "Start", then hold 
L1 + R2 + Select + Start until the screen fades. 

Secret players

Charles Barkley: 
You can find him on the roster as "C.FORWARD" on the Rockets.

Larry Bird: 
Create a new player and choose model number 29.

Magic Johnson: 
Create a new player and choose  model number 25.

Michael Jordan: 
You can find him on the roster as "M.GUARD" on the Bulls. 

Shaq O'Neil: 
You can find him on the roster as "S.CENTER" on the Lakers.
