Unlock all monsters:
Go to the options screen while at the Soulin Monster ranch, then highlight 
the "Buy Monster" tab. Push R2, R1, L2, L1, R1, R2, L1, L2, L2. 

All items available:
Push R2, L1, R1, L2, R2, L1, R1, L2, L2 buttons at the title screen.

Watch the ending:
Push L2, R1, L1, R2, L2, R1, L1, R2, R2 buttons at the title screen.
