Pause the game play, then hold L1 or R1 and press the following button 
combinations:

Restore health:
Down, Circle, Up, Left, Up, Left. 

Maximum health:
Right, Circle, Down, Up, Down, Up. 

Force Glyph:
Down, Left, Triangle, Down, Up. 

Stone Glyph:
Down, Circle, Up, Left, Down, Right(2).

Sound Glyph:
Right(2), Down, Circle, Up(2), Down.

Water Glyph:
Down, Circle, Up, Down, Right. 

Fire Glyph:
Up(2), Right, Up, Triangle, L2, Right.

Sunlight Glyph:

Upgrade health to next level:

Refill magic:

Kain Reaver:

Fire Reaver:

Make Fire Reaver:

Force:

Constrict:
Down, Up, Right(2), Circle, Up(2), Down.

Shift at any time:
Up(2), Down, Right(2),Left, Circle, Right, Left, Down.

Get all abilities
Pause the game, then hold L1 or R1 and press Up, Up, Down, Right, Right,
Left, Circle, Right, Left, Down. Then, continue the game to have the
ability to swim, climb walls, phase through gates, fire force projectiles 
and have the Soul Reaver.

Cheat mode (pre-release version)
Duirng the game play, press Square + Circle to bring up the 
cheat menu with different cheat options.
