Blow the leaves off the title screen
Hit L2, R2 at the title screen.

Stage select
Complete the game once and then go back to the title screen.
Now choose the "Continue" selection, then choose "Vision Clear".

Unlock Balue's Tower bonus level
Save all 72 Phantomilians to unlock Extra Vision.

Sound test
Complete the Balue's Tower bonus level to unlock music test option 
on the level selection screen.
