Playstation - King Of Fighters '99 cheats

Unlimited survival mode time
Highlight the survival mode selection, then hold Start + Triangle and
push Circle on your controller. 

Play as Krizalid
Highlight the random character icon at the fighter selection screen in 
single versus modes or team versus. Then, hold Select and press Circle, 
X, Triangle, Square buttons. Krizalid should be appear below the random 
character icon. 

Play as Krizalid (Japanese version of game)
Highlight any fighter, then hold Start and press Square, Circle, X, 
Triangle, Square buttons.
