Unlock Secret characters
Get the Digital Card 7 and save your game. 
Highlight Kamen Rider number 1 at the rider selection option, 
then hold Right + X and push the Triangle button or
hold Up + L1 and press Circle.

Get Digital Cards 7 and 74 and save your game. 
Highlight Kamen Rider number 2 at the rider selection option, 
then hold Right + X and push the Triangle button or
hold Up + L1 and press Circle.
