Change costume:
Highlight a character at the fighter selection screen, then press Square
in any mode.
Unlock Naraku:
Finish the game as Sesshomaru to play as Naraku.
Unlock Shippo:
Finish the game as Inuyasha to fight as Shippo.
or
Finish the game as Kagome.
Unlock Miroku:
Finish the game as Shippo to fight as Miroku.
Unlock Sango:
Finish the game as Miroku to fight as Sango.
Unlock Kagura:
Finish the game as Koga to fight as Kagura.
Unlock Kikyo:
Finish the game as Shippo to fight as Kikyo.
Unlock Sesshomaru:
Finish the game as Kagura to fight as Sesshomaru.
Unlock Koga:
Finish the game as Kagome to fight as Koga
or
Finish the game as Inuyasha.
Unlock as Inuyasha with demon blood risen:
Finish the game with all fighter besides Naraku. If this did not work,
get the rest of the shards with him. When you get Totosai, finish the
game with him to get enough shards and unlock unlock him.
Unlock Totosai:
Go to Kagome's back pack and beat the records of the mini-games you played
before.
Unlock Poison insect mini-game:
Use Sango and keep pushing Forward + Square in the back so that you
can have room
Unlock Rock smashing mini-game:
Use Inuyasha and push Away + Square on dialog button, or try any other
character that you are good with.
Unlock Flame slashing mini-game:
Use Kikyo and push Forward + Square, Use Inuyasha and push Back + Square
and get closer.
