Playstation - Hard Edge: The Disaster Adventure cheats

New costumes and alternate weapons
Finish the entire game once and save. After that, load back the saved game 
file and choose the character that finished the game. Go to the character 
selection, press Select and select "ARMS" to change appearance and access 
to alternate weapons.

Completion bonus
Finish the game twice with the same character to unlock 
additional bonuses.
