Secret shop:
Finish level 6 in story mode, then select the top right corner 
of the screen. 

Random color car. 
If the "Now Loading" screen appear, hold R1 + R2 + L1 + L2 buttons 
until start. The car color will change.

In-game reset:
While playing the game, push Select + Start + R1 + R2 + L1 + L2.
